A unique place to point out here: a typical finca in Zone Cafetera style, very authentic and located right above Salento with a beautiful view, but within a 10 minute walk from the village. Extreme genuine, friendly and direct communication with the owners, and the housekeepers Nelly and José take care of their guests amazingly. For us definitely a new favorite place on our list.

Wow, sad we found this place at the end of our stay in Salento. Amazing Venezuelan cuisine, while the super friendly staff gladly explains the origins of each and every dish and drink. 

Recently opened restaurant of our friend Jorge Andrés. Highly recommendable if you like a good piece of meat. Go there on a Sunday for lunch, enjoy some live music with a glass of wine. Don't miss to try the Porcheta de Cerdo and the Filet Mignon, super delicious! 

If you wanna know about Quindío's coffee culture and history, GO THERE! It is touristic, yes. But set up in a funny way with amazing guides making you laugh for hours. 

A hell of an experience! Typical Colombian food served in an alternative way. Kind of tapas with an unmistakably note in the menu, that these dishes are meant to share. So far definitely one of the best meals we had while in Colombia. Make your reservation before going there!

Amazing staff helping with all you might need, delicious pizza, wonderful garden including pool. About 40 minutes to Salento and Filandia. A calm place perfect for couples, families and friends.
